§ 5.07. SPECIAL ELECTIONS.

(A)

Special Election Rules. The Commission shall provide the time, manner, and means of holding any special election, provided that no special election shall be called less than thirty (30) days following the adoption of a resolution calling for such election.

(B)

Method and Manner Set Forth by Ordinance. The Commission shall prescribe by ordinance the method and manner of holding all elections in the City, and shall provide when and how special elections shall be called and held which are not provided by the terms of this charter. All elections shall be conducted in accordance with this Charter and with the provisions of general law.
