§ 110.09. UNCLASSIFIED PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS.

Every business, occupation, profession or exhibition, substantial, fixed or temporary, engaged in by any person, whether in a building, tent or upon the street, vacant lot or anywhere in the open air within the City and here not specifically designated shall pay a local business tax of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125.00), unless otherwise specified by resolution or ordinance of the City Commission.
