§ 110.11. FAILURE TO OBTAIN RECEIPT; AUTHORITY TO ARREST.

It shall be the duty of the City to enforce the payment of any local business taxes not paid within forty-five (45) days from the day same becomes due by securing a warrant for the arrest of the person, firm or corporation illegally engaging in that trade, business, profession or occupation.
