§ 110.16. PREINSPECTION REQUIREMENT.

Any new occupational local business tax receipt requests will be required to have an on-site inspection in conjunction with the issuance of such receipt. This inspection will be conducted within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial application request during a regular business workweek. The fee for the inspection is in addition to the local business tax fee. The inspection fee is twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and is payable at the time of application for the receipt.
