REGULATION OF ALARM SYSTEMS |
§ 112.25. FALSE ALARMS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

(A)
No person shall intentionally activate an alarm system for any purpose other than an emergency or threat of emergency of the kind for which the alarm system was designed to give notice.
(B)
No alarm system shall be tested or demonstrated without first notifying the Police Department or Fire Department and receiving permission from the appropriate enforcement official.
