For the purpose of this Chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context
clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
Person, applicant
or
licensee.
Any individual, copartners, corporations or associations; wherever a statement or
act is required to be made or done by a corporation, the same shall be effected by
its duly authorized officers.
Sell at auction, sale at auction, sell at public auction
and
auction sales.
Include not only those sales as are consummated on conclusion of the bidding, but
also offers to sell at auction and sales or offers to sell at auction which are conditioned
for any reason on the approval or election by the buyer or seller, or both, to be
exercised at a later time or date.
