§ 115.15. LICENSE REQUIRED.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to be engaged in the business of selling at public auction, or employ, or be an auctioneer of diamonds or any other precious or semiprecious stones, or imitations thereof, watches, clocks, jewelry, and gold, silver or plated ware, unless that person shall have an effective unexpired and unrevoked license authorizing the same, and each auctioneer shall have a license or permit, all issued pursuant to and under the provisions of this Chapter.
