§ 115.18. GRANTING, RENEWING LICENSE UPON PAYMENT AND FILING OF BOND; TERM OF LICENSE.

The Building Department is authorized to grant or renew an auctioneer's license for a period of time not exceeding one year to any person applying therefor on a form to be provided by the Building Department upon payment by the applicant of the fees provided for in Section 110.15.
