§ 115.24. LOCATION TO BE SPECIFIED WHERE AUCTION IS CONDUCTED.

The license required by Section 115.15 shall specify the location within the City at which the auction is to be conducted; and it shall be unlawful for any licensee, his agent, servant or employee to conduct any auction anyplace within the City other than that specified in the license or without having first paid the license fee and obtained the license.
