§ 115.25. LICENSE CONSTITUTES COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT.

Any application for a license or permit under the terms of this Chapter and the acceptance of a license or permit shall be taken as an agreement by the licensee or permittee to abide by all the terms and provisions of this Chapter, and to be bound thereby.
