§ 118.07. FEES.

At the time the application for Occupational License is filed with the Chief Building Official or his/her designee, the applicant shall pay a fee to cover the cost to the City of processing the application and investigating the facts stated therein. The occupational license fee is set forth in Section 110.15 of this Code and shall be paid in addition to the background check fee as required by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE).
