No person, while conducting the activities of a peddler or solicitor, whether licensed
or unlicensed, shall enter upon any private property, knock on doors, vend products
from motor vehicles or otherwise disturb the citizens of the City of Delray Beach
before 9:00 a.m. and no later than the earlier of thirty (30) minutes after sunset
or 9:00 p.m.
