§ 32.10. VACANCIES.

Where a vacancy is caused by the resignation or removal of a member prior to the expiration of his or her term, a member shall be appointed to complete the unexpired term only, unless the unexpired term is for a period of time less than six (6) months. In that event the appointed member shall then be allowed to serve the following full regular term without reappointment.
