§ 32.01. MUNICIPAL DEPARTMENTS ESTABLISHED.

The municipal departments of the City shall be as designated by the City Manager, subject to City Commission approval, in such numbers and organizations deemed necessary to carry out the powers and duties of the office of City Manager enumerated in Sections 4.04 through 4.06 of the Charter of the City of Delray Beach.
