§ 33.91. TERMINATION OF THE SYSTEM.

Latest version.

If it is determined by the City Commission that this Retirement System be terminated it shall be terminated in accordance with State law as set forth in F.S. ch. 175, as the Chapter now exists and as may be amended in the future.
