§ 33.40. TITLE II OF FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY ACT ADOPTED.

The City does hereby adopt the terms, conditions, requirements, reservations, benefits, privileges and other conditions thereunto appertaining, of Title II of the Social Security Act as amended, for and on behalf of all its officers and employees to be covered under the agreement as set forth in Section 33.35.
