§ 35.070. TITLE II OF FEDERAL SOCIAL SECURITY ACT ADOPTED.

The City does adopt the terms, conditions, requirements, reservations, benefits, privileges, and other conditions thereunto appertaining, of Title II of the Social Security Act as amended, for and on behalf of all officers and employees of its departments and agencies to be covered under the agreement.
