§ 37.04. PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER SUPPLEMENTAL.

As set forth in F.S. Section 162.13, nothing contained in this Chapter shall prohibit the City from enforcing its codes by any other means. It is the legislative intent of this Chapter to provide an additional or supplemental means of obtaining compliance with the codes set forth in Section 37.02.
