§ 51.41. PREPARATION OF GARBAGE AND TRASH.

(A)

All wet garbage matter shall be wrapped in paper or disposable containers before being placed in garbage containers. All garbage, after having been so wrapped and drained of all liquids, shall be daily deposited in the garbage containers herein required. Tin cans, bottles and other containers shall first be drained of all liquid and shall be deposited in garbage or recycling containers.

(B)

Trash shall be placed in trash containers whenever practicable. All trash shall be so prepared and contained so as not to be blown about by the wind.
