§ 51.17. NO PROFIT REQUIREMENT FOR CITY CONTRACTORS OR FRANCHISES.

Any other applicable ordinances or law to the contrary notwithstanding, all contractors with or franchisees of the City shall be required to properly and timely fulfill all the terms and conditions of their contracts/franchises, including all fees and prices, and those contractors, franchisees, or their agents or subsidiaries shall not, as a matter of law, be entitled to a profit on their respective contract/franchises.
