§ 51.19. HAZARDOUS WASTE DISPOSAL.

(A)

Any persons, businesses or other entities generating hazardous wastes shall not be served in the normal manner set forth in this Chapter. All hazardous wastes may be collected by the City or its contractor if both the owner and the City agree. However, this shall not preclude another qualified hazardous waste disposal company from collecting the hazardous waste.
