§ 51.03. ADMINISTRATION OF CHAPTER.

Latest version.

All garbage and trash shall be placed in containers as herein specified or otherwise prepared in accordance herewith or it will not be picked up by the City. The administration of the provisions of this Chapter shall be the duty of the City Manager except as otherwise stated.
