§ 51.99. PENALTY.

Any violation of this Chapter shall be governed by Section 10.99, "General Penalty", or Chapter 37, "Delray Beach Code Enforcement", or Chapter 100, "Nuisances", or as provided by Sections 51.22(C), 51.23(B), and 51.40(D), (I).
