§ 53.002. POLICY AND SCOPE.

The provisions of this Chapter will be enforced to the fullest extent possible under the provisions of State and Federal laws, including the Clean Water Act (33 United States Code § 1251 et seq.) and the General Pretreatment Regulations (40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 403) and Florida Administrative Code Rules 62-302, 62-600, 62-604, 62-610 and 62-625, FAC [62-625.100 (1), FAC] issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP).
