§ 53.006. DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE OTHER THAN THROUGH REGIONAL FACILITIES.

(A)

The disposal of sanitary sewage by means other than use of the available regional treatment facilities shall be in accordance with City, County, State, and Federal law.

(B)

The disposal of sanitary sewage to the Treatment Works shall be as outlined in this Chapter.
