§ 53.010. PRIVIES, SEPTIC TANKS, AND OTHER FACILITIES.

Except as hereinafter provided in Sections 53.020 through 53.025, it shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
