§ 53.031. COSTS AND EXPENSE OF INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION OF BUILDING SEWER; INDEMNIFICATION.

All costs and expense incidental to the installation and connection of the building sewer shall be borne by the owner or user. The owner and user shall indemnify the City from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by the installation of the building sewer.
