§ 53.134. NOTICE OF VIOLATION; LIABILITY FOR EXPENSE, LOSS, OR DAMAGE.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the City by reason of that violation.
