§ 53.500. ENFORCEMENT PLAN.

An escalating enforcement strategy shall be used by the City to maintain compliance with this Chapter. The various types of enforcement action shall be used as determined by the Director in consultation with the Code Enforcement Division or the City Attorney depending on the type or severity of the violation. A copy of the enforcement plan will be kept on file at the City.
