§ 56.01. AUTHORITY.

The statutory authority for the creation and implementation of this Chapter is the home rule power of Article VIII, Section 2(b), Florida Constitution; F.S. Chapter 166, as amended and supplemented; F.S. Section 403.0893, as amended and supplemented; F.S. Chapter 197, as amended and supplemented; the City Charter of the City; and other applicable provisions of law (herein referred to as the "Act").
