§ 56.18. DELINQUENT STORMWATER MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENTS.

The provisions under F.S. Chapter 197, regarding delinquencies, penalties and tax certificates and tax deeds shall be applicable with respect to the nonpayment of the stormwater management assessments.
