§ 57.06. SUSPENSION OF PERMITS.

The City may suspend a permit for work in the Public Rights-of-Way, subject to Section 57.07 of this Chapter, for one or more of the following reasons:

(1)

Violation of permit conditions, including conditions set forth in the permit, this Chapter or other applicable City ordinances, codes or regulations governing placement or maintenance of communications facilities in Public Rights-of-Way;

(2)

Misrepresentation or fraud by Registrant in a registration or permit application to the City; or

(3)

Failure to properly renew or ineffectiveness of registration.

(4)

Failure to relocate or remove facilities as may be lawfully required by the City.

The City Manager or his/her designee shall provide notice and an opportunity to cure any violation of (1) through (4) above, each of which shall be reasonable under the circumstances.
