§ 57.07. APPEALS.

If an application for use of the rights-of-way or a renewal of the application or a permit is denied by the City, and if the applicant wants to appeal the denial, the applicant must file an appeal with the City Manager within fifteen (15) business days of the date of the denial. Any appeal not timely filed as set forth above shall be waived. The City Commission shall hear the appeal within fifteen (15) business days of the filing of the appeal or at the first regular scheduled Commission meeting thereafter.
