§ 59.08. ACCESS TO WATER METERS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, effectively deny, or to restrict in any manner, full access to City reclaimed water meters or their appurtenances by the City's agents or employees, for the purposes of making necessary periodic readings, repairs, removal, or disconnection of service on said meters or their appurtenances. Such interference may include, but shall not be limited to, use of locked gates or fences, presence of animals, physical barriers, or overgrown vegetation.
