§ 59.10. INSPECTIONS.

(A)

To ensure that the provisions of the City's ordinances, regulations and procedures are being observed, the City shall inspect, secure or remove, as necessary, any or all devices, including but not limited to, backflow preventers, valves, fittings, pipes and sprinklers which connect to or control the reclaimed water.

(B)

The refusal by a consumer to permit an authorized City agent or employee to enter a premises for the purpose of inspecting an irrigation system may result in the immediate discontinuance of the reclaimed water service in the discretion of the City.

(C)

The City shall inspect all connections to the reclaimed water system prior to the connection being placed in service.
