§ 59.16. CITY RESPONSIBILITY.

The City will reasonably attempt to deliver an adequate supply of reclaimed water of good quality at all times. However, no assurances or guarantees shall be provided to customers or to others regarding the quantity or quality of the water due to circumstances beyond their control.
