This subchapter shall apply to all public streets, alleys, highways, avenues, lanes,
boulevards, roads, and other like rights-of-way (hereinafter referred to collectively
as streets) under the City's jurisdiction pursuant to F.S. Section 316.006, as now
existing and as may hereafter be amended, and all parking lots, driveways, or other
areas open for use of the public for vehicular, pedestrian, or bicycle traffic (hereinafter
referred to collectively as public ways).
