§ 70.98. DISPOSITION OF TRAFFIC FINES.

Latest version.

All fines received in accordance with F.S. Section 316.660 by the City from the County Court as a result of the violation of F.S. Chapters 316 or 318 (adopted by reference in Section 70.01 above), or of any of this traffic code, or of any other traffic-control regulation of the City, when said violation was committed in the City, shall be paid into the City treasury and deposited in the General Fund.
