§ 71.025. OBSTRUCTION OF TRAFFIC.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in a manner or under conditions as to leave available less than twelve (12) feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic. Where streets are not completely paved or curbs provided, the parking of a car shall be in a manner as not to obstruct the free movement of traffic.
