§ 72.01. APPLICATION OF CHAPTER.

This Chapter applies to every highway, street, road, alley, sidewalk and bicycle path in the City including parking lots, park areas, beach, recreational areas, and open spaces; and to all shopping plazas, public parking areas, and every other way within the corporate limits of the City which is open to the use of the public as a matter of right or by expressed or implied invitation of the owner for the purposes of vehicular or pedestrian traffic.
