§ 72.99. PENALTY.

(A)

Any person not a juvenile as is defined by State law, who is found guilty of a violation of any provision of this Chapter, shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).

(B)

Any person who is a juvenile as is defined by State law, who is found guilty of a violation of any provisions of this Chapter, shall be punished by having his bicycle impounded in the care and custody of the Police Department of the City for a period as the Court may determine, but in any event not to exceed sixty (60) days. The Court may also issue a reprimand in writing directed to the minor or his parents or guardian, or both, concerning the gravity and seriousness of the offense committed.
