§ 100.25. ABATEMENT BID PROCEDURE.

The City shall obtain competitive bids pursuant to the City's normal bidding, purchasing and contracting requirements at intervals no less than every two (2) years for services entailed in carrying out the abatement of nuisances under this Chapter. The successful bidder shall be required to provide insurance and bonding as the City deems advisable.
