§ 101.45. PARKS AND RECREATION DIRECTOR; DUTIES.

There is established in the City the office of Director of Recreation. The City Manager shall appoint the Recreation Director, who shall be responsible to the City Manager for the performance of the duties imposed on him by this Section, which are as follows:
(A)

To prepare the annual budget for the Department of Recreation.

(B)

To perform other duties as the City Manager, from time to time, shall require of him.
