§ 102.18. SPECIFICATIONS AND PLANS PREREQUISITE TO PERMIT.

Before the City Engineer shall issue a permit for work, he shall first cause the person or persons seeking to make the improvements to file in his office plans and specifications of the proposed improvements which he shall examine to determine that they meet the standards set forth herein.
