§ 102.19. FEE FOR PERMIT; BOND.

All permits for improvements made under this subchapter shall be issued by the City Engineer without charge. However, if, in his opinion, there is reasonable ground for anticipating possible damage to City property, a sufficient indemnity bond may be required before the issuance of this permit.
