§ 102.24. RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PAVING WIDTH WHEN EXTENDING STREET.

Any new street that is an extension of an existing street shall have the same width of right-of-way and be paved to the same width as the existing street provided that it must meet the minimum construction standards set forth in this subchapter.
