§ 102.27. SPECIFICATIONS FOR CURBS AND GUTTERS.

Where the road Section approved by the Commission calls for curbs and gutters, they shall be constructed of Class I concrete with a minimum strength of three thousand (3,000) psi in accordance with Section 520 of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Edition of 1973.
