§ 90.15. DEFINITIONS.

  • For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning:

    Automobile graveyard. An establishment or place of business which is maintained or operated for the use of storing, keeping, buying or selling wrecked, scrapped, ruined or dismantled motor vehicles or motor vehicle parts; however, this definition does not include or apply to businesses which solely sell automotive parts and accessories.

    Junk. Any item, including, but not limited to, dilapidated furniture, appliances, machinery, equipment, building material, automobile parts, tires, or other items which are either in a wholly or partially rusted, wrecked, junked, dismantled or inoperative condition; however, this definition does not include or apply to businesses which solely sell automotive parts and accessories.

    Junkyard. An establishment or place of business which is maintained or operated for the use of storing, keeping, buying or selling any junk, or for the maintenance or operation of an automobile graveyard.
