§ 91.41. RUNNING AT LARGE.

It shall be unlawful for any person owning, boarding or otherwise keeping or having in his custody a cat to permit the cat to stray at large, or whether or not at large, to permit the cat to be on privately owned property without the consent of the owner, lessee or other person having lawful dominion and control of the private property.
