§ 91.29. PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF VIOLATIONS.

In the event any dog shall be found in violation of the provisions of this subchapter, proof of the violation and the identity of the dog shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of this subchapter by the person owning or having charge of or control of the dog.
